It is phrase that resonates with us since we sometimes try to boil away our problems into one unrelated complaint. Or does it hit a nerve because something fairly insignificant can overwhelm and spoil the day?
1. First, you need to make sure that you are not just projecting your irrelevant, bigger issues onto completely blameless hair. Some pensive meditation on your day can prove helpful.
